Traveler's Rest Church was organized in 1899 and has been an active part of the community and of the Free Will Baptist denomination since its beginning. Several ministers and one international missionary have gone out from this fellowship, and God has blessed beyond this location through those who have served across North America and in Africa. We continue to support ministry efforts in Clarksville and around the world.

Allan Austin has been Senior Pastor of Traveler's Rest Church since December 2015. He is a native of North Alabama. Allan is a graduate of the Baptist College of Florida and also attended Welch College. He has pastored in Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina. He is active in denominational work and Free Will Baptist Disaster Relief.
